Expressions of Interest Now Closed

In late 2020 NT Land Corporation, working in partnership with NT Farmers Association, called for Expressions of Interest for three unique large scale agricultural sites across the Territory located at Keep Plains (on the WA/NT border), Wildman and Larrimah. Submissions for all 3 project closed in February 2021.

Assessment of EOI submissions has now been finalised and the next stage of the selection process is underway.

• Direct negotiations with one proponent for the Wildman Agricultural Precinct have commenced, with the intention of being ready for that proponent to get on-ground in 2022.
• 3 shortlisted parties have been selected for the Keep Plains Agricultural Development and those parties will now be required to respond to a Request for Detailed Proposals.
• Discussions are occurring with several parties for development of the Larrimah Agricultural Precinct following formal close of the EOI process.
